This applies to our events, our artists, and of course to our customer service. As a small company, we can be very flexible with your wishes and make time for you and your concerns. We are acquainted with many of our long-standing and faithful customers in person, and we look forward to sometimes having "a little chitchat" with them.

You can book your tickets by phone, fax or email and choose between collection in our office (till 14 days before the event at the latest) and cash payment or mailing. By mailing we charge no arrangement fee, only the costs of postage. We may also send the tickets per registered letter (with payment form) to you.
