IN THIS WAY YOU RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS:
You can collect the booked tickets during our business hours at the latest 14 days before the event or we may gladly send the tickets by registered letter (with payment form) to you. We charge no arrangement fee, only the costs of postage.

Reservation and sales of tickets
are binding.

Redemption of tickets
is strictly excluded.

Loss of tickets
With loss of the ticket it is possible to make up a duplicate for a arrangement fee of € 2,-- per reprint. The originally ticket thereby loses its validity.

Change of cast and/or program
are excepted and don't qualify to return or change the tickets. If we know the modifications in time, we will inform you in writing. Furthermore the conditions and the rules of the house of the respective venue are effective.

Data integrity
The required data for the booking and the newsletter-forwarding, for example name, phone, fax or email, will not be passed to a third person.
